They told us as we ordered that it was back ordered, but a few weeks later they reached out to check in and let us know that they hadn’t forgotten about us. Great website and customer service. The before and after photos really tell the story, I wish I would have done this a lot sooner. I went with the 18x18 Race Deck tiles - free flow for the parking area and diamond tread for the work area up front. I am very pleased with the outcome.
Great price, great product, great service! Ordered my tiles and shipping said they would be here in a little over a week. Came in 4 days! Easy to put together and not as slippery as I thought a plastic tile would be. Looks great and very professional.
Do not expect any customer service if you have an issue. Buy from H.D. or a big box so you have a recourse.
