They come out install a roller door and frame on my shipping container only 2 welds holding my frame on and 1 cracked didn't fully weld the gaps at the top or bottom of RHS water is seeping in and causing demage they refuse to send someone out to fix it I paid over 2 grand and they won't fix there mistake roller door doesn't even work properly. Drove down from cessnock to find showroom closed.
They done a solid job of putting the garage door up, but fail to tell you it will not be operational when they leave as you then have to get an electrician to put a power point near it. I also assumed it would lock when it was in the down position (the one at my work does) I was wrong. Anyone can lift it up from the outside, unless I get out of the car and walk around to the inside of the garage door to pull the string to lock it, then walk back to my car.
