I called GDS (Garage Door Solved) and they had someone out within hours to get my problem fixed. I have worked with several garage door repair companies with several homes I own/owned and these guys will be my go to from now on. Knowledgeable, explained everything with possible future issues to look out for, and priced us very fair! David was great!
David took my call at 6 PM on Dec 24th and was here the next morning to make sure we could get our car out of the garage! He explained everything about the springs, carefully removed the old ones, replaced them with better ones and tightened them perfectly so the door was in perfect balance (I never knew this was actually a thing). He even adjusted the opener sensors, lubricated all the hinges and wheels, and made sure the struts were tight. (He suggested a once a year service to do the same).
