This morning I was trapped in my garage! My door would only open about 12 inches. I called Garage Door Rescue and they were here by 10:30. Nice young man named Brandon replaced my Springs and did some other adjustments! Took him over an hour! He explained everything to me before he did it and told me what it would cost! He was very knowledgeable and friendly!! Thanks Brandon!
This is a fantastic company. The receptionist actually apologized for not being able to get to me the same day I called - they came the next day. Brandon arrived right on time and was friendly and polite as well as very knowledgable about everything to do with garage doors. He fixed the part that was broken and told me the things that were showing signs of wear and that he could replace today without any forceful sales pitch. Brandon knows his stuff. And he is fast on the job. He gets the job done right.
Second time I've use GDR. First time was to replace a broken spring, this time the internal gears to the lifter were shot. 16 yr. old opener so its been pretty good. GDR is very professional, show up on time and get the job done right the first time. Keep their sticker on my door so if there is an issue a quick glance at the door and I'm good to go. Very pleased with their service all the way around.
