Our service representative was Johnny and he was excellent. He called to give an estimated time of arrival and was on time. When he arrived he gave a full explanation of the problem and two options to choose for repair. He completed the job timely and was very courteous. He even went to the extent to try to help me fix the remote for the door. I would recommend this company garage door services. Thank you
