Just finished the service call with Sam, and I just want to say it was a great experience. He was so prompt, professional, and completely fixed the problems we were having with our garage door. He answered our myriad of questions too, which shows that he really is an expert with this trade. It was a great experience, and I would recommend this company to others.

This is a real Professional Company. I have hired a number of home improvement contractors throughout the years and Garage Door Repair is one of the best. I had a new garage door and opener installed. First they were on time....this is important because it says a lot about a company. Next the Tech was focused and hardworking. We recently had a new opener, rollers, weather stripping and bottom strip on our door replaced by Garage Door Repair Co. out of downtown St. Paul. I spoke to Alec, and got an appointment the next day with Sam Q. He explained our options, we made our selection and he installed most everything that day. Two days later he came back with the stripping materials and completed the job. Sam takes pride in his work and works diligently to complete a good job. I am not surprised they get such high ratings by so many people.

These guys are truly awesome. They are one of the few companies that I completely trust every time I need them. Not only are they experts at what they do, they have recommended cost savings resolutions rather than selling me unnecessary work. Highly recommend.

My garage door spring broke and the Garage Door Repair Company was able to schedule a technician to come out the same day by the name of Josh. Josh was punctual, fast, professional, and knowledgable. When Josh left my garage door and opener were running much better than even before the spring broke. I cannot recommend the Garage Door Company highly enough.

Feb 3, 2018 Josh arrived at 11:30 am to give me an estimate to replace a broken door spring(s) or the entire garage door if necessary. He recommended to replace both springs but the door only needed new rollers. I was happy with his assessment and price and he immediately did the job and was done within an hour! Awesome work, very professional and personable. I highly recommend Garage Door Repair Co and Josh!
