The installer was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He described what was wrong and what he could do to repair the problem. He worked hard and had the job completed in what I considered to be a reasonable amount of time. He gave us an overview of what work he had done. We were quite pleased with the result.

We are thrilled with there customer service!! We called on a Sat. and they were were so helpful and nice. Got us in the same day. They were even able to get there early to fix a broken cable. The educated us on how to properly care for our door, which was super helpful cuz I had no idea! Josh & Alex were very friendly and knowledgeable. We can't tell you how happy we are with the results. WOW! This is what I had hoped for. Kyle, the technician, arrived on time and explained everything he would do in terms that I could understand. He did the repairs in a timely manner and left the area clean. He explained what I should do for proper maintenance. I highly recommend Garage Door Repair Company.

I had a spring break on my garage door. Called and within a day I had a service tech out to my house assessing the damage. Sam was the techs name, he was professional, on time, knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the way. Sam explained multiple repair options, the costs, the pros/cons to each option. Once I chose the repairs, he completed the job within an hour, walked me thru completed repairs and noted some future work to be completed in his work notes.
