I had them repair my garage door in the past but on the last visit the technician did the repairs on both doors. One of the doors was still not closing so we called them back and the tech came out but didn't do the job and left as I watched him pull off thinking he was going to get a part but never returned. I called and called with no answer so when I texted him he gave me the run around. I called Garage Door Doctor about a repair and he was able to schedule me within an hour. Great service, reasonable prices, and a very nice technician.
Lowell called me before 7:15 am. Was here right after lunch and took maybe 10 minutes! They are a MUST call!
I called about my malfunctioning garage door and received service with in 4 hours. Reasonable rates, knowledgable repairman, and honest service. He didn't try to sell me a new door or opener, but fixed the issue. I will call him again with any and all future problems.
The customer service is incredible. They do good work and they stand behind it. We will use them going forward and would highly recommend them to any one needing work on their garage door.
