Worst customer service ever. First experience with this company & it will definitely be the last. Took over a week to get an estimate for the work we needed done. We then had to wait 2 weeks for the parts to come in. They never called to tell me they were in. I had to call & check for myself. Called on a Monday to check on parts & get an appointment schedule. I have had nothing but complaints since I ordered our new garage door. After 2 months and 6 phone calls from me, I finally got an answer on when my door would be installed. After installation I called to let them know I was not satisfied with the wrapping of the jambs due to dents, scratches and buckling in the metal and not one person has tried to fix this problem. I even took pictures in to the owner who shrugged me off and had no answer to give me on what they were going to do to fix this. I have never seen such crappy cu... read more
