My garage doors were installed in the wrong order by Sears. Hired Prolift to switch them around. In doing so they broke one of the panels. They had to order a new one, 2 1/2 weeks later the new door arrived. When installing the new panel, the insulation panels were filthy with grease from dirty hands, the insulation behind the rails wasnt installed, the installer must have taken it with him. We apologize for your concerns. We pride ourselves in our quality work, however sometimes a mishap happens once every several years. We took care of EVERTHING for you in the end. This long complaint is not accurate at all and is unfortunate for you to waste your time doing it.

Do not hire this company if you have a choice. They didn't show up when scheduled then came later in the day but we had to change plans to get the work done. They misquoted the price and then didn't respond to my email. Try someone else.

?? We have no response from you other than this review and you made payment for the repairs done. We talked to you about what was needed prior to doing them.?? We have to adjust the times sometimes due to emergency calls etc.
After experiencing problems with the wifi feature and reaching out to the company, I find myself with no support from the company. I was just told to read the manual for help. I do not recommend this company.

We apologize for your misunderstanding. First, you asked us to service your New Garage Doors for free, under warranty (We did not even Install Them!) We successfully installed only your Door Openers and they are working fine. The WIFI for these openers has to be set up by the consumer as with all other Opener installations since wifi became available. It requires use of your device, passwords and security codes. This is a Fake Negative review just because you can.
