Great team and they help me everytime im in.
We stopped at the store to exchange clothing at 5pm tonight after driving 1/2 hour. The store hours said they close at 6. They refused to do an exchange and said it was store policy to close at 5 and they even had other people still shopping in the store. Several people have stopped while we have been sitting outside who are trying to get in who are looking at their phones referencing the 6pm closing time.
Store Manager is high strung ( possible drug abuse!) rude and angry and talking down on staff and not helping me when I asked.
Worst store manager I’ve ever met. Super mean when correcting staff not helpful and extremely rude. Don’t shop here, you can get better quality and service at American eagle
