A week ago in Korea, I got a perm and a haircut, and it turned out to be a total disaster ㅠㅠ My hair got seriously damaged, and even though I have thick hair, the cut was such a mess that I couldn’t fix it at all. I was so upset… but Sunny, the hair designer at Gaon Hair Salon, worked magic and completely saved my hair! I’m honestly so, so grateful. 별 하나 주는 것도 제 손가락이 아깝네요. 리뷰 안 쓰고 조용히 넘기려 했지만, 이건 공익의 차원에서 꼭 알려야 할 것 같아 씁니다. 머리 자르러 갔더니 머리를 망치고, 기분까지 정수리 위에서 밟히고 나왔습니다. 사진/동영상을 보여주면서 이 스타일로 부탁드려요 했더니, 디자이너님은 그걸 참고 자료가 아니라 참고만 하고 무시하는 자료로 이해하신 듯. 결과물은 나만의 감성 스타일링이라는데, 제 머리는 본인 포트폴리오 실험장이 아닙니다. 자르기 전에 스타일이 다를 수 있다든가, 어울리지 않을 수 있다든가—그 어떤 말도 없이 그냥 전투적으로 가위질. 고객 동의? 그런 거 없어요. 머리 말리는 동안 이미 마음의 준비도 없이 ‘컷’ 들어갑니다. 이쯤 되면 미용이 아니라 습격이에요. 제가 당황해서 항의하자, 계속 웃으면서 “고객님 두상 때문이죠~ 머릿결 때문이죠~” 하며 사과인지 핑계인지 모를 말들만 쏟아내는데, 진짜 한순간에 화가 너무 났습니다. 웃으면서 하는 말이라고 다 넘어가는 줄 아시나 봅니다. 스몰 비즈니스라 애정 갖고 응원하고 싶었는데,... read more
