1 the guy on the phone was rude. 2. I got the worst made qusidilla it was small very very luttle cheese If im ordering from some place they better be nice to me. There was no plastic ware napkins salsa

First off let me say, Ganzos has always been my favorite Mexican restaurant. I've only ever had one bad food experience and it was corrected and never has it been an issue again, so no biggie. However... the last couple times we've been there the wait staff have been less than pleasant. Like, they hate their life and want you to hate yours too. Charged too much for order. No explanation. Food was wrong and never corrected. No hi or thank you for coming. And waited for ever. By the way it was take out so can't say it was waitress. Just I'm too good at the front attitude.
We had our gender reveal party/diaper kegger last night and the staff was soooo accommodating, generous and made the night perfect!! The owners are super nice as well and made us feel taken care of. & the food was wonderful as well. Thank you Puente's!
