Beware of being overcharged: I scheduled a service appointment for Monday 9/14/20 to fix a leaking toilet at a rental property. When I called, I confirmed with the lady who scheduled my appointment that I would be charged $100/hour plus materials in 30-minute increments. I found this company through a referral, and I can't say enough good about them. I needed my water line shut off to replace my current refrigerator. I spoke with Susan and she was so kind. She walked me through the process to save me from a service call. She was honest and willing to help. She definitely went out of her way. I am keeping their name for future service. I will definitely be calling them in the future. Nice to find such lovely people in a chaotic new world!
