Timely and excellent service to replace an old primary sump pump and a very old water-powered backup sump pump. Work included not only new pumps but also replacement of a section of copper supply line, along with a new shutoff, and added a new faucet. Workmanship was excellent as one would expect from a Master Plumber. Price was fair for parts and the work performed.
We hired Joe Ganzel Plumbing based upon the number of excellent reviews. Joe Ganzel Plumbing delivered on the promise. We had three new toilets installed including new water valves at each toilet. One toilet had leaked around the wax seal - their work saved the day through successfully installing the flange and re-working the carpet around the new toilet. The other two were not as challenging. They did a great job. They were professional, careful in the removal and installation of our sump pump and water backup and patient in explaining how it worked. We give them an A+.
