This is the worst dealership I've ever walked into. The financing manager will lie to peddle high interest loans, and customer service will defend it. It's been over 30 days now and I haven't received my copy of the title to register the vehicle. The title office never answers, and will not return my phone calls. I'll be patronizing my local crackhead before anything with Ganley in the name again.
Also to add, not really professional to have your employees laugh reacting reviews. I’m very disappointed. My grandma recommended you guys for a new car since she bought her Elantra here. I was interested in the 2018 Yaris and I came up there to test drive it today. With it being 2 years old with 40k miles on it already, I was kind of iffy. I loved the car. Very disappointed in this dealership and Hyundai as a whole. I traded in my old lease early to get a new one and as part of this deal the dealership was to pay off the remaining payments of the old lease. 6 months later I find out they paid the incorrect amount and left a balance owed on the lease account and Hyundai Motor Finance then reported me as delinquent on my credit report.
