Terrible experience at Plymouth! My oldest son was a long-term patient of the Ann Arbor location and we never had an issue. Yesterday afternoon I made a last minute appointment for my youngest son for a suspicious rash. We drove 40 minutes away to the Plymouth location and ended up being 10 minutes late due to missing a turn because of a construction. Dr Megan & Alexis went above & beyond taking care of me. Dr Megan is always positive - none of my requests are too difficult for her to solve. Alexis is very kind & did a great job preparing me for Dr Megan. If you want complete dermatology care with kindness and gentleness- I highly recommend Dr Megan & Alexis!
