The waitress was very rude and was bothered to answer any questions about the menu. The condiments on the table were left over from the customers from the night before. The breadbasket had crusty food left on it. The food was bland and average. It was generally an unpleasant dinning experience. When I questioned the owner/manager about the the bill, due to a misunderstanding about the menu, he didn't care to listen and began to raise his voice and was mean and rude. Food for the Gods I have been eating at Gungadin for 25 years, from the beginning of the restaurant. My eating at Gungadin has been very satisfying everytime. The spices,the textures, the fragrances, the tastes that titillate the tongue and taste buds. And Gangadin is fun. The masterful host, Manmeet, is very entertaining and great to converse with. Prices are fair. Enjoy the chicken tikka, saag paneer, daal fresh veges etc. I love the garlic naan.
EXCELLENT Indian Food!! Gangadin is a short walk from my apartment in Studio City. This is, hands down, the best Indian food in Los Angeles. Their Chicken Tikka Masala is out of this world good and they have a number of vegetarian dishes that make it difficult to decide which dish should be the companion to our Chicken Tikka.
Fabulous Indian Food My husband and I have been going to Gangadin for nearly 20 years. Their food is fantastic! If you like REAL Indian food GO!
