I have had nothing but problems at my shop since I have installed doors from Gandert doors they come out they look at it they put it back on track two weeks later I still have the same problem the cables keep coming off the tracks and they can't seem to figure out why. I truly believe I will not ever get another door from Gandert doors!!!!
We had problems with our garage door about 3 months after Gandert installed a new one. The repairman came out and fixed it free of charge. They have always responded so quickly also! Excellent service!
Emailed them after hours with request for next day service. They were here immediately in the morning, fixed the springs, etc. on the garage door, and were out. Excellent Service. And, yes, you may end up noticing that my last name, and the President's last name are the same, I'm not currently aware of any relation as of Feb 2015 :-)
Kudos to Gandert Door Company for trekking in treacherous conditions to repair my door this morning! Knowledgeable gentleman gently gave teaching of garage door maintenance...and safety. THANK YOU!!!
