Best Craft Butchery in the SF Bay Area! Any, and all your MEAT needs!
Simply incredible! Ben and his team serve-up the best quality meats in the SF Bay Area. Ben is friendly, knowledgeable and creative...And, he's a chef who trained in Italy! Checkout the "chicken porchetta", wagyu "Philly Cheesesteak", bacon, sausage, fresh housemade sauces--ragù rabbit stew, jambalaya--spices, unique Italian specialty items, etc. Amazing!
I always buy too much steak... this time, I told them how many I was feeding and that we were grilling- not only did I get great advice, the perfect portions, and fast service... the steak was amazing- I used to buy from Whole Foods, which is also very good, but this is hands down the best place to buy steak and sausage. I haven't tried other items yet, but I will!
