I was really hoping this group would be a good property manager for our home in Kiawah. Unfortunately that is not the case. They are responsive. I will give them that. The problem is they mark up/ charge two to three times the price paid for the actual work. We realize they need to be paid for managing subs but the prices they quoted for tasks were way out of line from our 25 years of experience owning a home in Kiawah. Eric, I am sorry you were not happy with the pricing on some maintenance items for your home. I assure you that we do not charge "two to three times the price paid for the actual work". We work hard to make sure our markup is competitive with the property management companies and sub-contractors within our market. Tori did a great job for us. She kept us informed every step of the way. This was particularly important since we were not on site for the renovation. She listened and understood what we wanted done for this project. She did not push her own agenda in any way. Tori provided great guidance and problem solving. Most importantly to us, she was able to complete the project by the designated date. I would recommend Tori to anyone considering a home renovation!

We had a wonderful experience with Tori Stein of Gamble Home Services; she sent us pictures of her ideas and involved us at every step of decision making. Most importantly the workers she employed did excellent work.
The Master Bathroom to our villa was renovated by Gamble under the expertise of Tori Stein originally in 2012-13, a very nice job when competed. In May, 2014 a catastrophic backup of the outside drain system to the villa produced contamination of both bathrooms and the hallway requiring an almost total redo of the master BR, hallway and portion of the guest BR. Gamble Atlantic, the construction division of Gamble Home Services, has completed two major renovation projects for us, as well as a few other minor jobs. From complete kitchen and bathroom demolition and remodeling, to replacing windows and sliding glass doors, to refinishing hardwood floors, Gamble has always done an excellent job for us. Tori Stein did a complete renovation of our Kiawah Island Condo which, in a word, was amazing! She wore multiple hats serving as the project manager, design consultant, and interface with the condo regime administration. Tori was very organized, incredibly responsive, and continues to help us out with repairs well after the formal renovation has been completed. Positive can-do attitude...a pleasure to work with.
