No complaints about doctor's services. The office failed to fill out FMLA paper that I faxed and called to verify that they received. As a result, the employer put my brother on a personal leave and stopped paying his insurance which got cancelled. I called to find out if they faxed the paperwork and they said they couldn't say yes or no because they don't keep records on patients seen in the hospital. This has led to catastrophic events as he his not able to afford insulin or get needed surgery to be able to keep working. P... read more
