Nice and professional – I called Gama because my air conditioning had always made a loud noise when it turned on and I wasn't sure whether this was normal or not. On the morning of my appt, the guy from the main office gave me a call letting me know that they were on there way, which I appreciated. The worker that came to my home, Alan, was timely and let me know that there was nothing wrong, but that I had a dirty filter.
