프론트 데스크의 젊은 여직원은 방문자와 환자를 대하는 태도가 매우 불친절하다. 기본적인 예의조차 보이지 않았다.우린 놀쓰 욕크에서 1시간이 넘게 고속도로를 타고 이곳을 방문했으나 5분정도 늦은 시간 때문에 예약이 취소되었고 헛걸음을 했다. 환자들이 방문하는 이 곳에서 직원들이 기본적인 태도에 예의를 지켜줬으면 좋겠다. 물론, 나는 다시는 이곳을 방문하지 않을거다.
