Update 8/1: Received a call from Service Manager Daneel and Galpin VW will make good on the 2 damaged tires. It took 6 days but situation seems to be resolved. Initial one star review updated to 3 stars. Initial review 7/25: It took over 2 days to fix 3 recalls for my wife’s 2023 VW ID.4 with no loaner car available for a $50,000+ vehicle. Even though we purchased tire and wheel protection from dealership for $1200 from finance department and tire tread was within policy, tire claim for nail in 2 tires was denied by VW admin... read more
