I have been to a few dealerships and Galpin Honda has been by far the best. Jim was very attentive, extremely helpful. I've been bringing my Civic at Galpin Honda in Laurel Canyon for the past 3 years and I just changed the maintenance service to another location yesterday. I was surprised to find out Galpin Honda Laurel Canyon has been duped me for the past 2 years. They are charging exorbitant fees from 300-400 bucks for just a simple tune up and they wouldn't do diagnostics on your car unless you ask. Very satisfied with the service provided by Alex Ruiz at Galpin. He was very helpful and patient considering I brought a very indecisive girlfriend.
