So far so good took my 5year old for glasses and the eye exam went great.
No issues.
My experience at Galo was 100% a slay. The staff was very kind and ready to help. Dr. Hinojosa was extremely patient and explained the entire process from start to finish. To top it all off-my prescription popped off. I was Black Friday shopping and was able to spot the Taylor Swift the Torture Poets Dept. anthology from FAR away, clearly-(and was able to get the last copy!) anyways, 100% recommend.
I've been seeing Dr. Galo for a while, however some of his employees are really unpleasant. The woman at the front desk named "Adamaris" was rude to me while I was signing in the person I had come with. When the person I came with was already receiving assistance from another employee who had known us for some time, she put pressure on me to explain why I had come.
