The Eye doctor is very thorough and kind. He addressed my concerns. The staff is very experienced and knowledgeable. I was a walk in with no appointment. I was done with everything including picking my new glasses within one hour.
Very slow process getting glasses. I almost got misdiagnosed by one of the staff because I said that my vision hadn’t improved with the glasses I had received. Staff is somewhat helpful but at times does not know the status of orders. I called today, Friday, to ask about my glasses that have been delayed and they said they are ready for pickup. I had been waiting for them since Tuesday which was when they were supposed to arrive according to the manager Ernesto. I wonder if they would’ve called me to let me know if I hadn’t ... read more
