I have been going to Galo since I was a little girl. All my family has as well. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. And Dr Hinojosa was very kind and caring about my eye problem I had today. Thank you!!!
Would NOT RECOMMEND!! Took my 8 yr old to get an exam done due to having issues with her eyes. Dr gave her eye drops medication for her allergies. For 5 days my child continue saying her eyes kept burning due to the medication. I called the office spoke to a manager to find a solution. She stated she would give me a call back asap. She NEVER did. I ended up taking my child to another eye clinic (BEST decision ever) and it turned out my child had been building up callous in her eye!!! And yet the Galo office NEVER followed up... read more
The Eye doctor is very thorough and kind. He addressed my concerns. The staff is very experienced and knowledgeable. I was a walk in with no appointment. I was done with everything including picking my new glasses within one hour.
