I lived here for 3 years and am so disappointed to have my memories soured by the HORRIBLE experience we had moving out. After leaving we were notified that we “breached our contract” by staying past the end of our lease. We absolutely did not outstay our lease and had never received notice that we were there past the end date. They charged us thousands and are completely unreachable, ignoring our emails and phone calls. I absolutely love this place and the only reason they didn't get a 5 star is because I wish the building was smoke free! I don't like coming home and walking the hallways and smelling the different smells, mainly between cigarettes and Marijuana! Most apartments have balconies which should be used to smoke! Or a courtesy walk to a doorway leading outside to smoke because not everyone is comfortable smelling it.
