Has lots of items and high prices to go along with them. Customer service is lacking and sales people are typical sales people who'll tell you what ever they have to to make the sale. My department has spent a LOT of money with them. I asked them a PDF of our embroidery to get two shirts done locally for an immediate project, but was told no it was property of Galls. Horrible service. Cant even get a simple issue resolved with my billing address, despite multiple calls. The frontline customer service agents are actually very nice, but no one in the so-called "accounting" department could solve my problem. Dont waste your time.
Summary: I ordered and item April 6th, and was told it would be drop-shipped by the vendor. I was told the items were out of stock almost a month after ordering and a few emails to their customer service, which took a few days each for them to reply to. According to their last reply, I will not receive my items until more than two months after my initial purchase date. These items are not custom, and are fairly standard. Paid for next day shipping that took 5 days to arrive. I called a representative on the day the item was supposed to arrive and she assured me she would refund the shipping costs as it would have been free had I not placed the order for over night delivery. Needless to say two weeks late I still have not received my refund and I have to call again and go through hoops to get my money back. This is the reason I don't usually order anything online. Not likely to order from here again.
