A passionIn the late 1920s Edward Gallrein Sr. started a dairy farm business in Jefferson County Ky. He started with only about 17 head and over many years it grew to over 400. His son William Gallrein Sr. continued the family tradition of dairy farming and in 1972 purchased a farm in Shelby County. The dairy business had grown to the point of milking cows around the clock! We LOVE this farm! Gallrein Farms has the best activities for little ones and it's super fun for the adults too! We will definitely continue to go :)
My 2 yr old son and 3 yr old niece had a blast! My little boy did not want to leave. Even today my little niece was talking about the farm, and the chickens she saw. It was good family fun! Will be taking my little boy again.
We went there for hayride and picking �! My ten year old twin girls had a blast. Many things to do for the kids, reasonably priced and we will definitely go back next year. Girls got the bracelets for 12.00 which included everything! Awesome�
