Went to the Sweet Corn Festival and had a great time. Place looks very well maintained. Kids activities were awesome! The hayride was on a covered wagon so it was pretty nice. The property is beautiful. The conductor, Carlos was very friendly. And on top of that free complimentary sweet corn. One of the sweetest corn we have ever had. Going back on fall for the pumpkin patch for sure.

Saturday, corn fest..... Nice folks, from the hay ride drivers to the face painters, to the workers in the market. Granny's turkey sandwich was awesome! Nice job ladies! Yum! Clean farm, family friendly, beautiful produce, a great experience, especially for city kids to come and experience the farm life, and see crops in the field..... so glad we found you Gallrein! Good job. I no longer have to go across the bridge ( 8$) to IN anymore to get that awesome farm experience!we had a great time. Pony rides , petting zoo, hayrid... read more

Discovering this place has made my earth-lovin' heart so happy. THIS is what every market should be. Simple, pure, freshly farmed goodness. The fudge though... is the best. It's hard to find good fudge, especially peanut butter fudge, but this place has it. Will never go to Lowe's again for flowers. The array of flowers at Gallrein Farms is so vast. I just love this place. Will not be happy to not have fudge during the winter. :)
