A passionIn the late 1920s Edward Gallrein Sr. started a dairy farm business in Jefferson County Ky. He started with only about 17 head and over many years it grew to over 400. His son William Gallrein Sr. continued the family tradition of dairy farming and in 1972 purchased a farm in Shelby County. The dairy business had grown to the point of milking cows around the clock! Good value for the money, staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids had a blast!
Gallrein is where we started the tradition of picking pumpkins and this was our 3rd year with my family! We love the food, the people, and the place!
