We first called them with a hot water tank issue. They came out took it a part and told us to go to Lowe's and get a tank and pay them for an installation bc they would get the call to do it. Well we didn't do that . Then a few days later called for clogged kitchen drain. They came out with broken snake and said it because their boss wouldn't buy them the tools they needed to do jobs and end up telling us the couldn't help us that we would have to call someone on else. what a joke.
Given a quote on the phone for a simple shower faucet switch out for $150-200. After arriving, they left to go buy parts??? The final bill was $250. Not happy. Not again.
I just got lied to bigtime by the person who answers the phone there. Was told they had contacted the state inspector and when I talked the inspector he knew nothing about it.
