My husband's initial 2 visits with Mr. Gallian were great. When I made an appt with Mrs. Gallian I was told about the cancellation policy of $50 if not canceled within 24 hrs, which was fine. Unfortunately, I was traveling the night before. Flying from a major international airport, it was completely shut down due to severe thunderstorms.
