The coffee is always delicious and the baristas are friendly. There's always lovely artwork and a great atmosphere.
I think their choice of artwork is tasteless. I will not be back there..
I will no longer give any money to a business that hates the law enforcement community. I use to visit gallery row every Friday after school and would meet dates for here but after the recent artwork hanging in the shop about anti-police I will not step foot in this store again.
I used to love to meet friends for coffee here after dinner on the square, but the anti-police artwork was offensive enough to keep me from coming back.
If you do not support law enforcement I will go else where.
Gallery row is a wonderful local coffee shop filled with great people who care about our community. They are more than a piece of artwork that was in their shop. Not only do they not choose what hangs up in their shop due to the art coming from the art guild, there's normally only one or two people working and they are always busy, so no I don't believe any employee saw the art before the complaints arose. I grew up spending many afternoons at this place after school. I was a "Corner Kid" if you will. It still brings back many wonderful memories. This art that has caused such an uproar is absolutely ridiculous. I by no means feel like it is a derogatory statement against police officers. This painting to me, which everyone can take it how that want... is just saying we live in such a police state now. The police are under such a microscope. They are more publicized now. The good and the bad. Keep on keeping on GR. �
