Dropped a ring off to be sized 3 weeks after no call I called asking if it was ready they told me they couldn’t size it. Why wouldn’t you call the customer to explain that instead of waiting 3 weeks for the customer to call them. I’ll be using Portland jewelers
I just wanted to say thank you for everything. From helping me find what I was impossible in a ring to the ring that made her almost cry today when I gave it to her till we get he other one. Bob and his staff are rockstars

Amazing jewelers. We had a larger stone put in my antique ring a couple of years ago. I was very nervous about having the ring modified as it is delicate filigree and quite old. They did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. Just tonight I came in to have a ring looked at that was bought at an auction and I had no paperwork for. Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable.
