Great amenities, great location (several restaurants and other stores are within a few blocks, next to bus stops, close to bike and hiking trails), maintmence does a great job responding to service requests quickly, spacious units with balconies, and well kept green space.
The Gallery Apartments, A review: Office Staff: Tiffany is rude and mean. You can’t ask anything without getting a side of snarky with it. Jeanine does her job well but she is not the most responsive to building issues. Pest issues in the buildings. They don’t like to take care of it and it’s frustrating. Expensive laundry room prices ($1.75 for a wash, $1.75 for a dry). You think “$3.50 isn't the worst” until realize the dryers won’t dry your clothes fully, no matter how small of a load you put in.
