We had the worst experience with Linda from the store. She came to our home to measure, and we told her exactly what we were looking for. When I sent her a picture of a rug that I found and liked at a store today, we received a blistering text from her that was all over the map. She was rude, condescending and insulted my husband because “he acted nonchalant about buying rugs”. UNHINGED.
