Verified Renter Love the community and convenience of the location. They are located in great spot and walking distance to a lot of places. Staff is friendly and professional.
Verified Renter This apartment complex is wonderful to be in. The staff and neighbors are very friendly and attentive. They're always looking for ways to improve the property and maintenance is extremely competent. Its reasonably priced for its location in the galleria. There are a few problems with bugs and arguing every so often but nothing I would move out for and the issues are resolved quickly. Definitely worth being here.
Verified Renter The residents are excellent and the apartments are very nice if there's ever an issue maintenance will resolve it asap. The environment is also well kept and it's fairly clean here at the end of the day I have no complaints, I do love living here and hope to be here in the future.

Do not rent here Do not rent on these apartments. The office staff is rude. Maintenance is bad, I had a hole on the ceiling over my toilet due to a leak from upstairs for months. There are theft cases every week. Break ins to cars in the parking lot and even to apartments. They will charge u to death when u move out. No matter how good u clean they will send u a $700 bill for “cleaning fees” Is outrageous to say the least. Not worth it. Find a place somewhere else
Pretty decent for the price You get what you pay for with this complex. Lived here for a few years. Pros: 1. You won't beat the price for location in Houston. Galleria living at its best. Close to the loop. 2. Quiet 3. W/D in the unit 4. The demographic is quiet and keeps to themselves. I have never had noise or annoyance issues. 5. The property is maintained very well. GALLERIA OAKS I RECENTLY TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO NOT HAVE ROOMATE AND GO OUT AND LIVE ON MY OWN. APARTMENTS.COM WAS A HUGE TOOL IN I FINDING A PLACE TO LIVE THAT I CONSIDERED SAFE AFFORDABLE AND GREAT. IT WAS EASY TO USE AND VERY INFORMATIVE. I ADDED THE APARTMENTS THAT I WANTED TO LOOK AT TO MY FAVORITES AND TOOK A SATURDAY TO GO DOWN TO THE LEASING OFFICES.
