Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Definitely! They barely cleaned my teeth at all Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever.

Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Yes! I was in utter agony for days

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

The first time here they took you on time after that you wait over an hour past your appointment time. Than when you have a root canal done you have to wait until they have enough appointments to have that dentist come back they have wasted hours of my time . They never take you on time. Do your self a favor and go some where else. This place sucks.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated
