I think if this office was not as busy as it seems to be all the time they could be a wonderful business. There customer service needs work but the staff always seems overwhelmed. I don't know how many actual dentists they have in the group but I would suggest that they make their own website and advertise their staff qualifications and what the names of the certified dentists are in the group so each can be looked up.

The way the office functions is very unorganized. They don't communicated to their patients. They make an appointment with out telling you that there is a root canal ahead of you, so you end up waiting 2 hours to be seen. When you make a complaint to the manager, she has a very uncaring attitude.
