Omg i had the worst toothache and i called galleria dental to see if they were accepting new patients and if so did they have any appointments for today ? Jordan answered my call and let me tell you he was great . He heard the pain in my voice and he said just come right in . I got there and all the staff were amazing ! Clean environment , very thorough with the process from beginning to end . The doctor herself did a phenomenal job removing my wisdom tooth.. thank you to the whole team !! Omg!!!!! Let me start off by saying I had the best experience today even though I had to miss work to get my wisdom tooth removed. Called at 8am, got a same day appt at 10:30am walked out by 11:22am. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff also great price!!! Dr. T got the magic touch she definitely knows what shes doing! I will be returning. Thank you again for being great!!!
I am from out of state and had a severe toothache. They took me in at 10:30 & deaden tooth. I ended up having to have it pulled, cracked around root and badly infected. I have never been treated so well and kindly!! If I lived here this would be my dentist!! Dr. Ransdell is a very caring person and all of her staff were fantastic!!! My husband and I just came from here. This is the most pleasant dentist experience we have ever had, everyone is so friendly and caring.
I have the biggest dentist phobia in the world and everyone there made me feel at ease and comfortable. They are all super nice and tried their best to make it a good experience.
