Excellent staff! Amy worked with me on my nervesness regarding dental procedures. She put me at ease and made the whole experience very tolerable. She's awesome! I went in for a cleaning was told I needed a root canal. After 3 separate appointments for Galleria Dental to get my crowns right I finally gave up and asked for my money back. It has been almost 2 full months and still no refund. According to my insurance E.O.B. I was even charged for a service that by way of xray WAS NOT PERFORMED. It took them 30 seconds to take my money but now I am fighting to get it back. I never ended up getting a cleaning they went straight for the root canal. I have been going to Galleria Dental for years and the people there are simply amazing... very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!! They make you feel at home and listen to your concerns and make every visit fun. My whole family goes there and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!
I was an emergency walk-in. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly. Everyone I encountered at this Dental Office was amazing. The amount of care and compassion was thru the roof! All the staff was very knowledgeable. I always hated going to the dentist. Not anymore! This office deserves all the kudos they can get. They also offer payment plans for those who may need it.
