I lived here for 3 years and my rent never went up till this place sold there company and named it belview sheridan then they started raising my rent and and charging me extra fees, and I'm emotionally and mentally handycaped I lived on ssi and I has a 2 year old. They also don't protect the ducks about 20 duck eggs were destroyed alone when I lived there they did nothing about it when I told them.

To be honest. I am not ready to give this place even 1 star. But google didn’t let me any choice. So me and my roommate submit applications. My application approved but my roommate application didn’t approved for some their not explained reason. And HANNAH told us that if your application didn’t approve we will give you reason and also refund your money but they didn’t give us reason and also they didn’t refund us any money.
