1 hour and 20 minutes for a gel manicure is really unacceptable. The first technician took around 45 minutes to get my old gel color off. I think they sensed I was rushed so they moved me to another technician who worked at an appropriate pace and did an adequate job. He had to touch up things the first manicurist left (such as old gel polish STILL on my nails, uncut cuticles, and buffing). This was my first time there and I can’t say I will return. Michelle is AWESOME, COLOR AND DESIGNS ARE ELEGANT!
My nail technician was amazing! I went on a busy Sunday for my appointment with my girl friend (Make an appointment as they are busy busy!) I am very picky about my nails being perfect, every little detail I let her know what I wanted and if the nail was a little off or crooked she was more than happy to adjust. Be sure to tell them if you notice something, because it can look different from your point of view since the technicians sit across from you. LOVE this place! I had gel, long coffin acrylic nails done here.
I think the nail artists do a very nice job. Not crazy about their pedicures though. The salon is neat and clean. However, they do seem to rush you to pick a color and seem to be annoyed or bothered if you have not decided your color within like a minute or two. Always concerned about the clients coming in and not who they are currently working on. I have been going here for months but wish they would calm down a bit and not make the customers feel so rushed.
