The vast majority of customers at Galleher appear to be contractors, but why would you discourage DIYer's from being your customers as well. The first thing Kevin said to me when I said I'm looking for Bona hardwood floor products to do my own floor was, "you should have a professional do it." Seriously?! What do you care if I screw up my own floor, and what do you know about my capabilities? Obviously, that's not the reason for my review. Nor was it his chilly attitude. Great to do business with. Excellent Customer service. Take care of their customer's and I can't say enough good things. They all deserve raises for sure, great attitudes.
