DO NOT BUY THESE FLOORS! My brand new floors started coming apart, cracking and pieces coming out. Monarch did absolutely nothing to help. A couple of people came out and gave me word salad reports of how it was “normal.” If you want to spend $50k for these pricey floors and then watch them begin to fall apart, these are the floors for you. Extra obnoxious was the installers who came and told us it was a manufacturing problem, the shop where I bought them saying it was the installation, and then the “neutral” contractor who ... read more
