Shaking my head in disbelief Overall a bad experience. The guy seems to be angry and unaware of proper customer service practices. Do not come to this dealership to buy any vehicle.
will not be buying my car from here I called ahead of time to ask if I needed to make an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, they said no just come on in. I drove all the way there and they said the car didn't have a battery come back tomorrow cause they would put one in. I called in the morning and they said they still had not put one in and would call me it has been6 hours andthey still haven't called guess they really don't want to sell the car. maybe I'm better off.
My experience I was very satisfied with the customer service and price of my truck. Buying my truck was a breeze.
Gallegos Made It Right I am the review who wrote "STAY AWAY" I am not sure how to retract my review but Mr. Gallegos called and he made it right. We worked through the repairs and he assisted with the payment of the repairs. From the time he called he assisted within one week. If I could retract the other review I would but like I said I am not sure how to delete it. thank you
Only car dealer I use I bought the first car sold off the Broadway location.in Tucson, Az. Over the years my family and I have purchased over ten vehicles from Gallegos. When my wife recently decided she needed a minivan for hauling the grand kids, Gallegos got her a 2007 Hyundai Entourage which holds seven passengers and has met our needs perfectly. I myself am still driving my 2008 smart car I purchased in 2012 from Gallegos and put 30,000 trouble free miles on. I highly recommend Gallegos Auto Sales.
Great Place! Fast Knowlegeable and Efficient! I came in for help, I drove in with a title max loan on my car traded it in and was able to get a great car for a more affordable price that fit my budget. Jeff helped me with a great interest rate I am so Happy! would recommend
nightmare!!! My trade was not paid off right away, dealership " owner" kept saying “the check is in the mail", not caring if my credit score was affected. Purchase done on June 20, now it's July 30 and the bank is still calling me about the vehicle not being paid off. My trade in vehicle is sitting at his lot with a price tag on it. Now I have two loans but with one vehicle. Just made my 1st payment on my new vehicle while my original loan is in default and affecting my credit rating.
