Shaking my head in disbelief Overall a bad experience. The guy seems to be angry and unaware of proper customer service practices. Do not come to this dealership to buy any vehicle.
I am aware of person who purchased from them 2 years ago as still no title and the state of AZ is I nvolved still nothing but harassment by Gallegos and per the state no title has even been applied for.
In December of 2014 I came to this dealership to buy a car. I have challenged credit and my friend who also purchased a car here assured me that they could get me financed. I had my monthly payment budgeted out and thus knew what my range for car prices was. I picked out my car off of the used inventory displayed on their website. will not be buying my car from here I called ahead of time to ask if I needed to make an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, they said no just come on in. I drove all the way there and they said the car didn't have a battery come back tomorrow cause they would put one in. I called in the morning and they said they still had not put one in and would call me it has been6 hours andthey still haven't called guess they really don't want to sell the car. maybe I'm better off.
My experience I was very satisfied with the customer service and price of my truck. Buying my truck was a breeze.
Gallegos Made It Right I am the review who wrote "STAY AWAY" I am not sure how to retract my review but Mr. Gallegos called and he made it right. We worked through the repairs and he assisted with the payment of the repairs. From the time he called he assisted within one week. If I could retract the other review I would but like I said I am not sure how to delete it. thank you
