Dr. B, Hilary, Toyia, Melissa, and Kayla are such amazing women at this office! Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, genuinely interested in my best, patient, and kind. They have appointment times after traditional 9-5 hours, several financial planning options if needed, and are involved in the local community by participating in charitable opportunities. This was my best dental experience ever! Thank you!!
Ripped my mother off. Let a dental hygienist do work only a licensed dentist should do. The temporary crown fell off in her mouth in the parking lot. She tried to go back in and they locked her out. We ARE getting a LAWYER AND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE DENTAL BOARD if they do not correct their mistakes.
I had several things done and had a great experience. I was able to speak directly with Benefits Coordinator who broke down insurance information down. Initial visit, I met directly with dentist versus seeing them at end of visit. I, of course, was a new patient so I received the entire evaluation and x-rays. Just want say THANK YOU to Dr. Battle, Melissa, Toni, Kayla and Autumn and the rest of the staff. You were all kind and caring and took care of my every need. I appreciate you professionalism and most of all you dedication to make sure my visit was comfortable. I just have to say, WOW. I've never gone to a dentist and never hurt the next day. You guys are awesome.
