Great staff but just to high .the Dr was good but the prices our out the roof
From the minute I called to make an appointment, I knew this was a special office. I’ve never felt so at ease at a dental office, and I give full credit to the staff. Thank you Thank you Thank you for giving me my life back.

My family and I had to get a new dentist due to a change in insurance. We went yesterday and I could not have been more pleased. My kids were so comfortable with the staff and my daughter asked when she can go back.
While pulling a tooth, they broke the crown on the tooth beside it. Refuse to replace the crown they broke. Stay away! You are not shown documents you are signing. They are not trustworthy, and if they can screw you over, they will. Request copies of everything BEFORE you sign anything electronic from this location. Check out complaints on them with Better Business Bureau, wish I had!

I had a tooth extracted a few weeks ago and it was a smooth and professional procedure. I didn't have any pain when it was extracted. I am now getting upper dentures. I'll be posting a review after getting 14 teeth extracted and my temporary upper plate. Very nice people and very professional. They seem to care about me.
I have no dental insurance and hadn't been to the dentist in about 5 years. The staff at Gallatin Smiles didn't shame me or make me feel bad for that.. granted, I had to make 3 separate visits to take care of having put off going to the dentist for that long. The staff walked me through how much everything would cost, I got to pick which things I wanted to do, based on how much I could spend at the time.
